Went to catch "Connected" recently with baby at JP. The show consisted of famous actors like Louis Koo, Barbie Hsu and Nick Cheung. The story tells about a single father named Bob whos life isn’t so good working as a debt collector. Bob’s trapped in a job that goes against his usual easy-going helpful nature and he’s under tremendous pressure to be a better dad, a better brother, a better worker, even a better person. While dealing with all this and his sister’s threat to move to Australia with his son to force him to clean up his act, Bob receives a call out of the blue. It’s a stranger called Grace who claims a mysterious kidnapper is keeping her against her will and begs him to save her and her young daughter. Finally after persuading Bob , he passed the phone to a nearby officer. The detective he tried reporting the call to seem to think so but Bob’s instincts tell him that he may just be the only thing standing between them and a painful death.
Overall i like the acting and the tons of actions that were going on. It was trilling yet injected with humour timely. Really worthwhile to go watch it =).
Anyways today was first day of school reopening and im already in my last semester ! Hurray haha. And the good thing is for my 2 new modules i'll be in the same class as Ian and Roy. Im taking FCS and PLT . Hope i can do well for my last sem and faster graduate from Ngee Ann . Haha. But heard from Baby that her schedules are quite tightly packed and we will have lesser time to meet each other. Therefore hope she'll learn to take care of herself when im not around.
